Our team has extensive expertise in agricultural development, with a cumulative 80 years spent in the industry.
Gary, our CEO, has dedicated his life to coaching farmers recovering from war to improve their economic vitality. Our sourcing expert, Tucker, lived in Vietnam working with the pepper farmers for four years, and is currently living in Guatemala working with cardamom farmers. Christian, our warehouse wizard, spends his off hours fermenting anything he can get his hands on. Supporting our sales, Ryan is also a talented chef who trained at Quince restaurant, a 3-Star Michelin Restaurant in San Francisco. And Kyleigh, our marketing Mama, has 10 years experience in marketing products.
